Where's Ultra heading?

You may have already realised that Ultra has not been developed in the mould of most other games. Early on in the game's development, it was decided to stage releases of the game so that although complete and ready to play at release 1, it would get better and better with more and more additions as time progressed. This stands in stark contrast to practically every other game where there is normally just a single release, which are then sometimes followed by bug fixes if you are lucky, or nothing at all as is more commonly the case.

Ultra however, is an evolution.

With this progressive nature of development in mind, you might be curious about where the game is heading in the months to come - and this is where you can find out.

With the game now two years in production and much of the development work already done, we're now going to really go to work on improving the visuals for the game, providing a few different zones or sectors of play, each with its own unique style and very much rooted in the vein of the demo scene.

Our intention, is to make Ultra an interactive and addictive demo of the future.
